San Bernardino Shooting Terror attack Questions are popping up with glaring with details that don't match the official the party line story . 1) According to early reports From media  There were three tall white men in military black uniforms carrying automatic weapons . The witness clearly saw these tall white men enter the location shoot up the place and leave in a black SUV WHERE ARE THE$E MEN ?  2 ) At one of the scene shooting scenes specifically at what I called the death car why were the windows rolled up during the shootout if  they were throwing pipe bombs at the police according to media.
3) according to witness the three shooters were wearing long sleeves not short sleeves and not a woman wearing a short shorts . How did they arrive at conclusion it was these two people and not The Three tall white guys  that may have been people like Craft international ?
4)  Remember the Christopher Dornier shootout across 4 counties LAPD shot at car with the same make and model
instead of doing a felony vehicle stop to find out who is in the vehicle they just shot up the black SUV that resembled Doniers it was to little old ladiesin the vehicle delivering packages. Did San Bernardino County Sheriff office make the same mistake rather than own up to it they covered it up with the FBI claiming it was muslim terrorists .
5) 31st Field Lightfoot Forces Headquarters received reports of an impending attack occuring 3 weeks before it took place. We had a time frame and what might occur just not the exact day and location other than Southern California , If we had this kind of intelligence, you know our police and sheriff has better intelligence. Did  they know of impending attacks and possibly who it was and did nothing to preemptively stop the attack ? or preemptively protect the citizens of San Bernardino county thus creating the false flags in conlusion with Federal Government ?
AT THIS THE STATE COMMAND IS CALLING FOR AN OFFICIAL SEPARATE CIVILIAN INVESTIGATION IN TO ALL OF THESE EVENTS THAT TOOK PLACE .
Freedom or Fascism  ONE- A great patriot once said “If they can do it over there they can do it here," that patriot was none other that United States Army Specialist Michael New. I have over a period of twenty years saw my beloved America change, we have moved from freedom to fascism in just under 70 years. Most of us are asking how did this happened, some of you will still ask how can this happen or why did this happen. One word that has occurred throughout history it started with World War One and Two it involved us in Korea and Vietnam that word is complacency. As long as we have the roaring twenties, the information age that has brought us instant information, instant oatmeal, cappuccinos, and twenty billion genetically altered burgers (GMO’s) nothing will change. But everything has changed, we have changed from freedom to fascism. We live in a society where gun violence is an every day occurrence, in a lot of the cases it is our police precipitating gun violence on average citizens who are treated like criminals instead of dealing with the real criminals they label you and I terrorists and our beloved returning war veterans. Islam is touted as Americas new religion right is wrong and wrong is right. In an age where police are armed with military assault vehicles, machine guns and bayonets, tactical gear and drones the time of officer Pete and officer Reed are over. No longer is it "How may we help or assist you" but "Get on the ground shut up till we decide you can talk". There is that preverbal lone officer who says "how may I help you?”  We have truly moved from freedom to fascism with an occupation never seen since World War 2.
Freedom or Fascism Two - The following comments that are soon to follow are my opinions, based on years of service in the Militia and by the Law of the Land The United States Constitution namely the Second Amendment to that Constitution.
Let’s now refer to that beloved document  that is more misunderstood and ignored by our leaders and politicians as much as the Bible is.
Before I Quote the Second Amendment of the Constitution, let us look at the Constitution its self (This is not an object lesson for Militia but for those police and FBI and other intelligence agencies that like to snoop into the lives of good citizens rather than go after real terrorists and real law breakers). This comment is in support of Militia and Oath keepers that defended city of Ferguson along with those policemen.
 Article 1 section 8 US Constitution, Congress to Provide for the calling forth of The Militia to execute the Laws of the Union suppress insurrection and repel invasion. To provide for organizing arming and disciplining the Militia and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States reserving to the States respectively the appointment of officers and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress .Article 2
section 2 states quote - unquote The President shall be commander in chief of Army, Navy, and Militia of several states when called into service.
Second Amendment:  A Well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,
Shall not be infringed.
I maintain that the city of Ferguson and any FBI agent any civilian federal agency has no authority to disarm to tell Oathkeepers, Militia they must surrender their weapons and or go home. The Militia was doing its job when it responded to Ferguson had the Militia really been unleashed there would have been dead looters in the streets. The role of the police should have been to pick up the dead and maintain the perimeter of the battlefield only. If you notice the role of the Militia they were doing what they were supposed to be doing suppressing insurrection had they really been given a free hand the city would not have been burned. Currently the last 80 years not all but most federal officials are in violation of their oath of office including FBI, Homeland Security etc. not only are you in violation of your oath of office you are and should be accused of treason to be tried in a court that is not accused of the same .The Office of the President namely President (sic) Obama should be arrested and Tried for treason  which means currently he cannot command any Militia much less Military legally. To those FBI guys watching my site you because of your lack of duty to act against a treasonous President you yourselves stand to be tried for treason. As Colonel Of Militia and state Commander if I have to ask for deployment of Militia we will not be recognizing any stand down orders from any agency unless it is from a public official i.e. Sheriff that can prove he is not in violation of his oath of office. To really understand what is taking place you agents from the Cyber-division of the FBI you must understand your agency the one you work for is committing insurrection and treason against The Constitution, that is why you will not be looked at as a civil authority with authority to disarms or demand surrender from any Militia units good or bad because simply no civil authority has the authority to do so unless it's a sheriff, another words no city official has such authority. If you notice too I said stand accused. Those of us that believe in freedom believe to whether it be through peaceful means or through act of violence called War should you so choose to initiate actual warfare that you would be given a fair trial should you choose to surrender to me or any other Militia officer should something like this take place the Militia as a whole would not be responsible for your casualties I give you as an example the Bunkerville Battlefield i.e. known as Bundy Ranch of which I am a veteran of . It was only Providence that occurred and the discipline of the Militia that responded that is the reason it didn't become open warfare not that you the federals didn't try.
FREEDOM OR FASCISM THREE
New developments - Following Bundy Ranch stand off as of three days ago another standoff occurred this time with non Militia citizens, who were fed up over a man who was arrested in the state of Washinton.  He was exercizing his right to open carry longarms the feds with local authorities arrested him on the sidewalk in front of a federal court building. As the result of that action hundreds of armed protesters showed up with arms demanding the man's release. What did the police and Federal agents do? You quessed it they stood down they did not want to engage several hundred angry citizens with GUNS. We are going to see more and more of this if the local autothorites and feds dont cease and desist. it is not the  uniformed Militia that will start anything but it will be untrained citizen showing up with arms demanding their Constitutional rights.  I caution all Federal officers and our local police stop and think before you act because if you persist especially if you decide to enforce martial law .The untrained civilian will show up and it is a matter of time before a shot is fired .It will not matter who fired the first shot What matters you will become engaged by uniformed Militia from around the country .We will not have a choice you my friend the officer in blue as well as well as the Federal officers you have a choice took an oath to uphold the Constitution do the right thing . Doing the right the thing you may find the Militia standing beside you to help you, enforce martial law, beat people, murder people in the name of the law or the so called New world Order you unfortunately will become a statistic on a tombstone . Is that what you really want ? Do you people really want to start a war against the American people ? I think not. I know there are good officers willing to take a stand. For questions about your stance talk with Sheriff Mack and his Constitutional Sheriffs and Police Association . It was Mack that helped stop both sides from shooting each other at Bundy Ranch as well as other politicians I know because I was there  under the bridge .
Third installment : By now everyone has heard of the events of
coming from Burns. Oregon I Know the Bundy's  personally and most of the patriots involved ,while I don't condone certain actions I understand the Dynamics of Retribution for  my own reasons i will not discuss the particulars of this action  but rather to discuss the reason why and perhaps the FBI can read this and gain and understanding into the mindset of the those involved in the particular action.
Far to long the patriot community right or wrong has suffered along with the American people a long train abuses that far outstrip what the English did to the American Colonists in
1776, or what the Federal Government did to the south before and during and after the Civil War . Which America for the most part never truly recovered from though we have rockets cell phones and the jet . Currently today 150 years since the civil war you have federal Government that won that conflict and did great things during World War two and Korea .Today that government for the people by the  people are no longer trusted by The people for the most part because of the New World Order ,that most politicians have sold their souls to and the police are to happy to enforce illegal edicts and laws . Do you wonder why most American are somewhat or very afraid of their government even the Local police . People are very suspicious of the authorities there is one big word CORRUPTION ,from the Obama Administration and for the last 30 years the long line of gun control laws and the long train of abuses done by others. Executive orders most American at least the ones I know hold their freedom dear even if they don't know whats going on. Property rights  have been violated Property stolen by imment domain at times given to China thank you Mr Harry Reid for your contribution to the corruption.
2nd Amendment under severe attack all of our ten amendments being eviserated to the degree of being unrecognizable, Police shootings all over the country mass shootings recognized as false flags attacks and so forth ..including illegal executive orders, imprisonment without due process by illegal courts without fully informed juries or common law juries.
Do you really wonder why a group  of individuals acted  with the knowledge that they believe they are right in what they have done thinking they are defending the Constitution when in fact they have violated it by breaking the law by conducting  a preemptive attack unfortunately that is going to be up to a court to decide. FBI guys ,ATF please understand you are looked at as the enemy by all Militia . Please handle this with kid gloves so please try to understand before you attempt to go in and play john Wayne you may not make it home there is one way to end this without bloodshed
of which I will not discuss here I am Calling on those individuals holding the Ranger Station and Fire Station come out and surrender before this get out of hand you have proven your point the whole world knows . You can hold your head high and SURRENDER WITH HONOR . no one needs to die here no one needs to throw their life away .
Freedom To Fascism 4 -   So Whats The Difference ?
This installment is in hope that all Federal ,State County and local governments read this and understand in order to mend a broken bridge between we the citizens and our government, and stop the slippery slope we are on . Let me point out one thing before I post . This is not intended as a threat against anyone or any agency take it and learn from it , apply it before it's too late. I only write what I feel about whats going on and how millions of people feel in the country.
 A sub chief of the Cree once said "The whiteeyes Don't know the difference between the Souix and the Cree" . The Other Chief said "Go And Teach Them a lesson they will never Forget".
What occurred was a minor skirmish with a troop of cavalry being wiped out . The above Indian statement is a fictitious statement by a fictitious chief in a old Hollywood movie .
That statement will resound throughout our republic
"Teach Them The Difference"  These united states is not a democracy but rather a republic until you people
the politician understand this concept we will see a war that will last more than twenty years .
Lets us for the sake of this post look at what that war could look like First No badge enforcing punitive Unconstitutional Laws would be safe  or recognized neither would any politician from whats called Dynamics of Retribution " a term coined by General Norman Olsen at the Senate Review Hearings in the 1990's .
Play the hero then you will see this theory in practice Now I am not saying to Law Enforcement enforcing legitimate law is not correct . Its when you apply it incorrectly, It's when you enforce illegal laws under the Color of Law of which is currently being done around the Country . You Politicians in your Ivory towers do you think that would you be safe behind Law Enforcement of any kind ?  The Law Enforcement that already uphold their oath of office knows this concept have already made statements you are just not listening .
An old Indian maiden at the Little Bighorn once said " We told Custer what would happen if he didn't listen now in death we punctured his ears so he can hear better in the afterlife" .
You politicians must understand if you continue to persist in illegal Unconstitutional passing of the Laws furthering Agenda 21 and pushing Global Government down the throats of ordinary Americans, pushing gun control registration and confiscation , then you will see Chechneya ,Yugoslavia 1990s, France 1941  a thousand times worse . You can't fight us all as you will have nothing left to rule, I say Rule Not govern because you people do not UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE But you may LEARN the DIFFERENCE at a terrible cost .

What do you politicians and law enforcers not understand ?
Ignorance of the law of the land The Constitution and I was just obeying the Law or I was just doing my duty or doing my Job is not good enough it was proven at Nuremberg Trials of former Nazi Officers ,soldiers and police as they used that excuse It didn't wash because they murdered Millions Do you you want the same quilt because you decided to start this war  that's coming . The Militia will come for you and you will be susceptible for battlefield Justice which I'm going to draw upon the experiences of Chechen and Yugoslavian civil war and conflict . Mayors and other Public officials were arrested executed wholesale by firing squad by bands of civilians . Do we as Nation want this for America ? You socialists have the right to be socialists just not spreading your poison and making your ideology law, the same goes for the Muslims as Well, you have the right to your beliefs but not spreading your  ideological poison on Americans .
Please heed this warning if the situation goes hot in Oregon
It does not matter who fired the first shot, You people will LEARN THE DIFFERENCE as the Flames of War will spread like Fire throughout America .You have the chance right now to avoid this kind of Conflict You Police and Sheriffs are responsible for enforcing the law of our land on us the civilians and our elected leaders especially you Sheriffs and your Deputies your sole purpose for being in existence is to uphold and enforce the Constitution against those that consider themselves above the Constitution and
above the law .
 Freedom to Fascism 5- Bundy Standoff shootout .
 Federal Authorities fire 100 rounds into two cars belong to standoff leadership one dead Levoy Finnegan of Arizona 3 wounded eight others arrested from all accounts the FBi appears to have setup an ambush. From day one This Command did not support this reckless activity of taking a Federal building the parties involved are simply guilty of trespass under statutory law so now the Feds are shooting trespassers. FBI this is to you directly , I don't advocate violence but you have for all intents and purposes initiated a war with your illegal invasions Into the States. Only time will tell when the more militant of the Militia begin shooting federal agents.
Do you really think your SWAT officers whom I respect will protect you or your buildings .Yes I know that you have surrounded BLM buildings with Swat Officers what a joke anyone with half a brain will not hit you there ,but would catch you alone away from heavy protection you people have no clue what your enforcing or why , you just Do . I have addressed you over and over again I have also worked tirelessly trying to help get those people to leave peacefully I have had many telephone conferences to try to end this, but but you the FBI Screwed up bad by shooting an Unarmed rancher I'm going to post a picture on here that we do not advocate as a further warning to you . Regardless of your spin and other spin by media Outlets. Levoy Finnegan a famliy man of 11 and a grandfather to a many You Murdered it would be one thing if he actually shot at you but he didn't (infact no one in the small convoy was armed.) Just Remember this what is good for the Goose is good for the Gander .Violence INCURS  violence . The Regular Units of the Constitutional Militia are patient with you some of the three percenters are not, your paid double agents either through DHS your agency or the ATF have created these incidents perhaps you should do more investigation and really find out who were behind the Bundys instead of having shot up two vehicles I'm trying to make you understand that you the Government initiates a war by martial law or the continued shooting of people will initiate a war that will be a guerrilla war that even the US Military and UN will never win just do me a favor look back on the history of war and understand . Perhaps understanding what your doing and changing things will put off this war I speak of unfortunately your too busy Kissing Obama's butt and taking his and other elitist table scraps. In the mean time it is you they are asking to put your life on the line to fight a bloody guerrilla war when that time comes. The stand off ended with a lot of people listening and negotiating the end of the stand off. I first want to encourage The FBI to seek the truth don't be so quick on the trigger. After  you must give all due process to all those you arrested
I wish to further say I do not take back any of my strong words  To you nor do I apologize your conduct during this first part of the standoff is appalling the shootout was appalling  Your conduct over the last few hours was adequate not exemplilary
I do thank you for not killing the remaining four Protesters
So in order to bring some healing The Officers that shot Finnicum must be brought to trial.

to disband Global government without a  Revolution

ALERT : Antifa direct threat

Freedom TO Fascism 5 - Line in the Sand
There has been a line drawn in the sand Between freedom loving patriots and the elected officials A lot of these officials representing the American Government are very corrupt a line was drawn in the sand at Bundy Ranch and yet another line has been drawn in Oregon right or wrong No More Ruby Ridges or Waco's will be allowed to occur without dynamics of retribution being applied . Many politicians call the real Militia Terrorists well we wear that title proudly politicians are Domestic Enemies of the United States All you have to do is read the Constitution it describes domestic and foreign enemies the sole purpose of the Militia is to defend the Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic. Our Current Government until it behaves itself and return to the very precepts of the Constitution should be treated as a misbehaving child in short either swift kick in the pant or straight up spanking as long as we continue to to move in this fashion our government system will get just that a spanking they will never forget. Freedom to Fascism 6 Recent events that occurred  In Oregon while many of us didn't support or agree with what Operation Mutual Defense and what the Bundy's involved themselves with . The action of the Sheriff in Harney County and the Feds is nothing short of an
Act of War , with the unprovoked Killing of Rancher Lavoy Finnicum. Who is next ? Are you going to kill me the Calif State Commander and place a gun in my hand ? You people The FBI  AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT out of control with your actions,
using Agenda 21 and furthering the aims of global government with implementation of  the National Defense Authorization Act bringing whatever Army unit that is now in Burns Oregon . It has come to at least my attention that you are indicting The Bundy's and others under a SECRET SEALED INDICTMENT NOT EVEN the DEFENSE LAWYER KNOWS WHATS IN THE INDICTMENT . YOU PEOPLE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND AGENCIES LIKE THE FBI ARE PIECES OF RAT SHIT.

While a man Of great principles and a patriot a Christian lies buried in a grave and almost forgotten by rest of the World .You have Beyonce during the Super Bowl Flaunt her naked ass with other stupid women wearing
machinegun bullets singing the accolades of Cop killing Black Panthers. Two days later is the Anniversary of that Murderer OJ Simpson who murder two people there was a statewide manhunt involving media jocks and police and FBI ,when they caught up to him. Did they shoot and kill him ? NO they stood around google eyed hoping to get close to the football legend turned MURDERER . Lavoy Finnicum They Ambushed And executed In cold blood .
Going back to Beyonce's Cop Killing antics and Kill whitey attitude and display is typical of the Crap in the Nation. Had the KU KLUX KlAN shown up  wearing sheets tipped caps which I don't Condone burning crosses sing the accolades of Hitler .The black people would have rioted burning Los Angeles down, but this Bitch who spends thousand of dollars of taxpayer money for her police protection can sing COP killer and get away with it under the 1st amendment while Lavoy Finnicum and others exercised their Constitutional rights are murdered by FBI and hired mercenaries while 18 other are imprisoned with secret and sealed indictments. Where is the outrage from the Black community ?  but because it is done to a white rancher not one word is said. Where is Al Sharpton and Jesse  Jackson ?  These charletons because it wasn't a poor blackman that was murdered while running after his dopeman . such as the black marines of the 1940s the Tuskaggee Airman Black soldiers that fought in Vietnam because the politician asked him to.

Benjamin Franklin said " I give you a free republic if you can Keep it. You can either have a free republic or free stuff from the Government you can only pick one.
