0730 August 2, 2014 met with Border Convoy organizers to get a general idea of the operation. Understandable these are new Patriots involving themselves in things they are still learning about, they do not understand what Militia is or understand our operations. They need to communicate better with command on the ground especially in light of crossing state lines commander on the ground needs to be able to convey itenerary so that coordination between state commanders may be utilized. I communicated with California Militia what convoys needs were and a shadow unit was provided. Prior to leaving rally point a black vehicle was noticed with two hispanic appearing, or arabic appearing, individuals that had the convoy under surveillance. It was reported to me that on top of the local hotel at Murongo there were two individuals looking down at the rally point, having convoy under surveillance. Colonel XXXX met with Tribal Police to explain his roll in the operation. Convoy started out at approximately 0800 heading 10 east. Convoy stopped in two locations for gas prior to reaching Phoenix at approximately 12 pm. Colonel XXXX made contact with Commander Boomer throughout the traveling process. XXXXXX helped locate potential Arizona units to help facilitate escort change over. Upon arrival in Phoenix Arizona State Militia was on location with CaptainXXXXXXXX in charge. Multiple police presence were noted upon arrival and had blocked off the streets for the convoy, waiting for the convoy to arrive. Convoy left Phoenix around 1:30 with Arizona Militia providing escort and Police leading exit. Convoy headed to Senator McCains office. California State Militia took a secondary roll when Arizona arrived. Protestors spent about 2 hours on location at McCains office with multiple media present. Convoy left McCains office around 2:30 pm heading toward the Eloy Detention Center. While traveling we entered the small township of Eloy Arizona and the town was a complete ghost town. Buildings boarded up and businesses closed. It was reported by a civilian that the area is used by CIA and Special Forces for manuevres. I was in shadow car on my way to the detention center, we had been seperated due to a disabled convoy member who had car issues. Once back on the road we were followed by an unmarked car, not identified at that point. It was a silver sleek looking vehicle with multiple antennas attached to the vehicle trunk. Something I had never seen before. Based on my conversation with Captain XXXXXXXXX he suspected it was an unmarked law enforcement unit. Convoy arrived at the Detention center where detention officers had cones out, they had been notified we were coming. They had areas blocked. The officers noted were belligerent toward the protestors. Opinion, the center is very ominous as everything around is wide open, except this very expensive facility with barbed wire all around, sidewalks and we suspect the illegal immigrants from South America are being held against their will and the children are being sold. This is in my opinion a FEMA center, or transfer center, that has gone operational. The center was owned and run by CCA, a private corporation that had been given federal funding of over 226 million dollars 4 years ago to build a facility. Leaving detention center we proceeded up the road North to Oracle for a meet up with the local Arizona Border Team. We were invited into the restaurant for a meet and greet with the members of the unit and Patriots involved in a Murrieta type stand off with the buses delivering illegals weeks before. The towns people rolled out the red carpet for the convoy and California State Command as well as Arizona State Militia, with overwhelming gratitude, unlike something I have not seen since Bundy Ranch. Hotel was reached approximately 2200 hours in Tucson,Arizona. The accomodations were again, red carpet. Signing off at 11:31 pm. We have a 0600 wake up. I was proud today to be an American. Last night met with Captain XXXXXXXX due to a piece of intelligence opposition forces are gathering with La raza at one of our destinations .
At 0645 we left Phoenix in convoy towards Las Cruces Arizona. There was miscomunication with planning crew for convoy as no information was available and our plans for heading to Texas were for the 6th of August. Having caught us off guard with plans for Texas we had to scramble for units to assist. Colonel XXXXXXXXX was slated to take convoy hand off from Arizona on the 6th, was unavailble all day today, was not reachable by communications. Captain XXXXXXXX of Texas Militia was contacted and referred us to XXXXXXXXXXXX. Captain XXXXXXXX has been excepliary in communicating and trying to get units to come in and help. At approximately 9 and 9:30 am we were traveling on the 10 east leaving Arizona into New Mexico when a department of homeland security bus was spotted. It had covered windows. We observed the bus and elements of the border convoy blocked its passage, while slowing below speed limits and they were advised by Colonel XXXX not to do so through their security. Both XXXX and security were disregarded. XXXXXXXXXX, in the motorhome, created a road blockage for passing vehicles. The driver called the authorities after XXXXX flipped the driver off, causing the driver to call in an attempted attack on the DHS bus. 8 State Troopers and 3 sheriffs responded along with the Department of Homeland Security Supervisor. Our security vehicle did not stop as the convoy was pulled over, we proceeded to the next exit to wait for reports from the convoy. This was all caught on video. Convoy was released without tickets, only warnings not to impeed traffic. Convoy continued to meet up with security vehicle at the next exit. This was approximately an hour and a half process. At meet up it was determined that the convoy organizers wanted us to continue to a border patrol outpost below El Paso Texas. Prior to getting to the outpost we were assaulted by vehicles cutting in and out of the convoy, following and shadowing us through streets. At one point a security person in our car got out after the truck following us, with its lights turned on, stopped 20 feet behind our stalled convoy and would not pass. This happened approximately at 1430 hours. Hispanic television crew and what appeared to be La Raza and a "Momma" cut off XXXXXXXXXXX motorhome, almost flipping the news truck it also cut off at the same time. Security vehicle was also cut off at the same time. Traffic stopped and the truck unloaded and vehicles unloaded with television cameras and the Momma and La Raza individuals. The police rolled up on us right away, pulling over the news van and we had to get their attention across the highway as to make them come and stop the harrassment and abuse by the opposition. Security vehicle was not allowed to unload as multiple weapons were in the vehicle. 4 passengers including XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXX and security by the name of XXXX and XXXX were asked for identification. Opposition continued filiming and their harrassment. Across the highway many individuals were noted and it was apparent the opposition were also prepared with pro illegal immigration protest signs. We had not even arrived in Texas 2 minutes before XXXX noted cars following. Security did not listen to Commands warnings that the shadow vehicles were oppostion until they created the incident on the highway causing the stopping of all traffic. Police were excellent and agreed it was a set up. Understanding between Militia and personal security must have an understanding that in these situations Militia is in charge. Convoy members were nonresponsive to warnings of keeping the convoy together and not separating prior to this incident. Following the incident the convoy proceeded to an exit to regain control in the township of Clint Texas. Convoy was compromised due to facebook notification by XXXXXX of American One news when he was told not to post any updates as we found death threats and comments on a page called Stand Against the Border Convoy on Facebook. The people in this convoy that are the leadership have no understanding of the border conflict and things related which directly affected this operation. Colonel XXXX had advised this group of coming to the border when he was brought in just 3 days ago at the request of the convoy leadership. These are good Americans, but very nieve.XXXXXX and XXXXXXX are planning to call out Civilians to come and participate tomorrow in this convoy. They were advised by Colonel XXXX not to do so and by Captain XXXXXXXX of the same. In fact, Captain XXXXXXXXXX commended Colonel XXXX on his decision. Today there was no way for our extended Militia who were in place to help, even though at last minute as we were not in any place at any time we were slated due to the 2 incidents experienced. We are now waiting for 2 units, one from Captain XXXXXXXXX and one from XXXX XXXXXXXX, both are coming from Del Rio Texas area. Captain XXXXXXXXXX is slated to arrive approximately at 11 am. We have one room waiting for the arriving units. A car with 2 men from New York and a man from Murietta were suspect in behavior as they did not stay with the convoy and were mysteriously absent during both of these instances, actually leaving 30 minutes later this morning than the convoy.XXXXXXXXXXXX also suspiciously relieved his PSD from traveling with the convoy as well.
4th August 330 am Texas Militia arrived to take command of the escort upon an recon of the area was done and it was determined that the convoy at the hotel was surrounded by opposiition forces after receiving my report on the convoy it was decided to do an emergency evacuation from the hotel the doors of all personnel were knocked on approximately 0430. 0445 the convoy was loaded up and ordered to move out by 0500. To he convoy was ordered to move onto the 10 East, headed towards Houston, 600 miles away.At this time, while traveling with the convoy, I was with a vehicle whose occupants' lives had been threatened and I was providing armed escort. Texas State Commander directed the convoy to an undisclosed location for refueling. Upon arrival, at the gas station, the Sheriff had been called in by Texas State Militia. Texas State Commander and myself addressed the convoy, telling them this was a battlefield that civilians had no business running around the border without training. I addressed the convoy, letting them know that Texas had taken over; that I was no longer in charge; that I was going home with my staff and the Murrieta people were welcome to come with me. The Sheriff also addressed the crowd, explaining this was no place for people to be rolling around in a convoy of this nature. The Sheriff would provide escort out of the county, for those willing to leave. I made arrangements for Arizona Militia to meet us at the Arizona State Line; Captain XXXXXXXXXXXXX in command if need be .
We arrived in Arizona about 6 hours later. It was determined we didn't need an escort at that point. We arrived in California; 16 hours later; just below 29 Palms, we picked up an escort, who proceeded to escort the vehicle I was with into the Lake Elsinore area, where we met a ranch hand, to transfer equipment from the vehicle to another vehicle, and released the ladies from Murrieta to the capable hands of friends of theirs, for the tail end of the trip.
